Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or clients at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and controlling entry to authorized personnel in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with security-related procedures and documentation as required by the location's policies and procedures.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters or unusual activity.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, helping to maintain order and provide guidance to occupants.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or visitor logs as required by the location.
