Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
- Assist with access control, including verifying identification and managing visitor logs, to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, answering questions and providing directions or information as needed.
- Communicate with Allied Universal management, site staff, and visitors to relay important security-related information and/or updates.
- Support emergency response activities as required by site procedures.
