As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and report concerns with clear communication. You will also support a welcoming environment through strong customer service. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an industrial manufacturing location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with reports, notifications, and coordination with site leadership and/or public responders as directed.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and check credentials, badges, and/or visitor logs in accordance with site procedures, helping to control the movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries.
Complete required documentation such as shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.
