Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a bustling food and beverage location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. Join a team that values agility, reliability, and teamwork while putting people first.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Monitor the premises for security-related concerns and report any suspicious activity or hazards.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address questions and/or provide assistance as required.
Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols for the location, including reporting and documenting all incidents.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
