Job Description As a Security Officer - Facility Access Monitor in Fremont, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control professional at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals seeking access to restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related incidents and observe for unusual activity.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client protocols.
Collaborate with client representatives and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or procedural updates.
Assist with implementing emergency response procedures as directed by site protocols.
