Job Description As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Driver in Mount Laurel, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control activities and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions, report concerns, and support site protocols.
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations through visible presence and routine observation.
Assist with incident reporting, alarm response, and other security-related duties as assigned, while following Allied Universal standards and location-specific expectations.
