Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
2 years of Physical Security Experience and Ability to speak,read, and write the English language fluently.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, processing visitors, maintaining entry logs, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to identify unusual activity, report security-related concerns, and support access control protocols.
Operate assigned access control and surveillance systems, review activity at entry areas, and report equipment issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
