About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes the importance of building meaningful connections and engaging with others to inspire confidence. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus heavily on customer service while working in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position offers a set schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Saturday to Wednesday. The hourly wage is competitive at $16, and DailyPay is available for employees. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a PILB within 5 days of an offer.
• Superior people skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to walk, stand, or sit throughout assigned shift.
• Superior work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe and survey the area, reporting on activity at the assigned location.
• Perform patrols on foot and by car to present a physical deterrent.
• Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats to ensure a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as necessary.
• Operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.
