Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this people-first role, you will support guests and staff through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entry points, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, while remaining aware of changing conditions.
Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders.
Support a welcoming environment in a high-traffic retail and entertainment setting by assisting with directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related concerns.
