Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a professional aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue access badges, and help to deter unauthorized entry through established access control practices.
• Answer phones, greet employees and guests, direct visitors to the appropriate destination, and support front desk communications in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site policies.
• Support sign-in processes, maintain required logs and records, and coordinate with site contacts regarding deliveries, appointments, and/or access requests.
