As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Concierge Driver in Atlantic City, NJ , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Monitor front desk activity, manage access control practices, and assist with visitor sign-in, resident communication, package logging, and/or amenity access in accordance with property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
• Answer phones, greet incoming visitors, and maintain accurate front desk records, reports, and incident documentation related to daily security-related operations.
• Support property rules and access procedures in a professional manner to help promote an orderly environment for residents, guests, and/or staff.
