You will conduct routine patrols and perimeter checks, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver professional customer service through clear communication and detailed reporting. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

  • EMT Certification is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Previous firefighting experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns.
  • Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization per site policy, and directing visitors and contractors to the appropriate areas.
  • Complete detailed patrol and incident reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or client representatives.
