You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and providing excellent customer service. Your role supports a welcoming environment, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first while addressing security-related needs with professionalism and care.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of the education location.
Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other security-related events at the front desk.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support site-specific security-related procedures and policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
