Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and/or patients in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
Follow established security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Assist with visitor management, including verifying credentials and issuing badges as required.
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control at the front desk.
Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Provide customer service and assist individuals with inquiries or directions within the location.
