Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a utilities location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions that may require emergency response and/or additional support.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify suspicious conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and document daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with site procedures.
Support emergency and incident response activities, including communicating with site contacts and/or public responders, helping to maintain order during changing conditions.
