As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and proactive communication will contribute to a secure environment for clients and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will use a company or client vehicle while delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal policies and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or law enforcement as required.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as appropriate for the location.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or providing guidance to visitors and staff during incidents.
