Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials for visitors, employees, and vendors as required by site protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm and problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or inappropriate behavior within the facility.
- Document and report all security-related incidents and/or unusual activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
- Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, and general inquiries while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Operate security-related technology and communication devices as required for the post.
