Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Second Shift
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist with access control and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. Requirements
- Security Experience ‐ 1+ Years.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing alarms, disturbances, and/or medical events and requesting additional assistance when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations per post orders.
- Control access by verifying identification and/or credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, monitor CCTV and/or access control systems when assigned, and communicate with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns.
