Job Description As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrols in Bensenville, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic technology-focused location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service to those onsite. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible, responding to situations with agility and professionalism. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a technology-focused environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address site-specific needs and support a secure environment.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related concerns.
Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
