As a Security Officer - Dispatch with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Monitor and manage access control systems, including logging incoming and outgoing personnel and vehicles at the location. Operate communication equipment to receive and relay information regarding incidents, emergencies, and/or operational updates. Coordinate response efforts with Allied Universal personnel and local authorities as appropriate during incidents and/or emergencies. Maintain detailed records and logs of dispatch activities, incident reports, and relevant communications. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific policies and procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deter potential security-related threats at the location. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding ongoing situations and/or requests.
