You will monitor activity, coordinate communication, and assist in responding to incidents, helping to deter unwanted events. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate communication between personnel and site staff for security-related needs within the financial institution location.
Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and situations as they arise, following site-specific procedures and protocols.
Maintain detailed records of all calls, incidents, and activities within the dispatch center.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing guidance and support to on-site personnel.
Assist with the implementation of emergency response activities as outlined in the client’s policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff and visitors in a professional manner.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for clients and visitors.
