As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will help support daily operations by monitoring security-related systems, coordinating officer response, tracking activity, and communicating updates to leaders and on-site teams. You will provide a visible, service-first presence, assist with incident documentation, and help maintain clear communication during routine activity and unexpected events. Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Have 1+ years of security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
Monitor alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security-related systems; receive calls for service and dispatch field personnel as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating notifications to management and/or local responders when appropriate.
Maintain accurate security-related logs and reports, including incident documentation, dispatch records, and shift activity summaries.
Coordinate regular and random patrol coverage around the business and perimeter by assigning tasks, tracking status, and communicating updates to on-site personnel.
