As a Dispatch Officer within a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your duties. Requirements

Supervisory experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch personnel and relay information as needed throughout the location.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.
Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the location.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and access control processes.
Document and report all incidents, activities, and irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and location standards.
Communicate with on-site personnel and emergency responders to coordinate response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access.
