Requirements

A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related activity in logs and reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and/or local responders as needed.
Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch requests across the location, helping to support timely responses to access issues, suspicious activity, medical events, and other critical situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns through established security-related procedures.
