As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to alarms, and manage access control to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the commercial real estate location.
Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone, radio, and electronic messages, to support site operations and emergency response activities.
Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel and resources in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response efforts as needed.
Maintain awareness of security-related activities and conditions within the property, relaying pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control procedures by verifying identification and granting access to authorized individuals as required.
Collaborate with property management and other stakeholders to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
