As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting daily operations. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate dispatch systems to communicate with on-site personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor security-related systems and alarms, and relay information to appropriate Allied Universal staff as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents and activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Maintain communication logs and records for all incoming and outgoing dispatch calls and activities.
Support Allied Universal site personnel by relaying instructions and updates during emergency response activities.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal teams to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities through diligent monitoring and communication.
