About The Position

As a Security Officer - Dispatch Desk in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and/or first aid is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, responding promptly to calls and dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
Assist in managing incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, communications, and incidents.
Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
Support emergency response activities as required, relaying information and coordinating with Allied Universal and/or client representatives.
