As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a large manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible, respond to calls for service, and deliver outstanding customer service while leveraging technology. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Operate the dispatch center by monitoring communication channels and coordinating response activities as needed within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with on-site personnel and first responders.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch-related activities.
Communicate important information to the appropriate personnel in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in coordinating patrols and/or response units throughout the business and perimeter as required by site procedures.
Support Allied Universal and client operations by following all post orders and site-specific instructions.
