As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Mc Kees Rocks, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional data services location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unauthorized activity and/or potential risks.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with post instructions, helping to support authorized entry and orderly movement throughout the location.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, employees, and/2026or emergency personnel regarding incidents, policy concerns, and other security-related matters.
