What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed. Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as directed during incidents and/or emergencies. Adhere to all site-specific policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
