As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Monitor in Alpharetta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with staff and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and support access control measures. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed. Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as directed during incidents and/or emergencies. Adhere to all site-specific policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
