Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, warehouse perimeters, and other assigned areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles, helping to support site rules, credential checks, and visitor management procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and assist with site-specific security-related procedures during deliveries, shift changes, and busy operational periods.
