As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all. Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
- Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
- Collaborate with site staff and/or local law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and/or vendors.
