As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Team in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your visible presence and routine patrols will be key in providing peace of mind while also delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Six months or more of security-related experience is preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A valid guard card or security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response protocols as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting individuals and coordinating with appropriate personnel as necessary.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter areas.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns, documenting findings and communicating with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed.
Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the commercial real estate environment by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and other designated areas as instructed.
Remain alert to environmental hazards and promptly report any issues according to site protocols.
Participate in site-specific training and maintain awareness of updates to policies and procedures relevant to the location.
