As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling commercial real estate locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you will serve as a visible representative of Allied Universal's caring and reliable culture. You will engage with visitors and tenants, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly to support teamwork and integrity throughout your daily responsibilities. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences during patrols.
Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns as they arise.
Maintain accurate and timely logs or reports regarding incidents, patrols, and any actions taken while on duty.
Provide visible presence at the location to help to deter potential incidents and offer assistance to tenants, visitors, and staff as needed.
