As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, staying visible to provide reassurance, and offering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
- Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any unauthorized access attempts.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
