As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions, documenting incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management to relay information regarding incidents or site needs.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized access to the property.
Support a secure environment by remaining visible and approachable, providing assistance to tenants and visitors as needed.
