As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact and provide a welcoming presence for all visitors and tenants. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, assisting guests, and maintaining detailed records to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and building staff by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access control for the building, verifying credentials and assisting authorized individuals with entry and exit procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Serve as a primary point of contact for visitor inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate locations within the building.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, visitor logs, and other security-related activities as required by building policies.
Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management and/or on-site building management regarding security-related matters or emergency situations.
Support emergency response activities by coordinating communication and assisting with building procedures as directed.
