Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and bring integrity, agility, and innovation to every shift.

Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to property management and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe building activity, and verify access consistent with site policies to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or other unwanted behavior.
• Support daily property operations by providing directions, answering questions, and communicating professionally with tenants, guests, vendors, and/or contractors while maintaining awareness of the location and surrounding areas.
