As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming presence and supporting security-related protocols. Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare location.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communication with appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site procedures.
  • Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the front desk area.
