In this role, you will monitor assigned systems and activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, manage communications across the site, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a defense industry location.
  • Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch security-related personnel to routine, priority, and/or emergency incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and/or coordination with site leadership and first responders when needed.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems, helping to identify unusual activity and communicate updates, instructions, and/or incident information to appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol coordination for the location and perimeter, helping to support coverage of assigned areas while working conditions and environments may vary by site.
