As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to the public, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors while addressing their concerns or inquiries.
Document all incidents and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
