You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A guard card or security-related license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry within commercial real estate locations.
Verify identification of individuals entering the premises and maintain visitor logs as required by site-specific policies.
Provide customer service by addressing questions and/or concerns from tenants, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Report any observed irregularities, security-related hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and following site-specific emergency protocols.
Complete detailed, accurate reports and documentation of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures.
