As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructions.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential disruptions and report suspicious behavior.
Document observations and incidents as required, maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with company and client expectations.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with property management and first responders when appropriate.
Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
