Security Officer - Commercial Property Patrol
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Commercial Property Patrol in Ashville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and support smooth daily operations with professional customer service. Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer parking, and perimeter fencing, documenting notable conditions and reporting concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor, driver, and contractor check-in, verifying identification and/or appointment information per site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or public emergency services as directed.
- Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate shift updates, and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or property damage through visible presence and policy enforcement.
