Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Document observations and/or incidents according to Allied Universal's reporting guidelines.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
- Communicate with site management, Allied Universal supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed to address issues and maintain a secure environment.
- Remain alert to surroundings and conditions at the location, reporting any unusual activity or maintenance needs.
