Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the property, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to help maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
Provide customer service by assisting tenants and visitors with questions, directions, and site-specific information, while upholding property rules and regulations.
Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Collaborate with property management and local authorities as needed to address incidents, emergencies, and/or service requests.
