As an Allied Universal Security Professional, you will patrol and monitor assigned areas within education and chemical or petrochemical locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff, students, and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, which may include educational and chemical or petrochemical environments.
• Monitor premises to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or students with directions and general inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols during daily operations.
