About The Position

As a Security Officer - Clinic Patrol Driver in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your approachable manner fosters positive interactions with visitors and staff. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols appropriate for healthcare locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of activities, observations, and/or incidents as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information, maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
Collaborate with on-site personnel and emergency services when necessary in accordance with healthcare facility procedures.
