You will conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, support access control, and deliver clear, professional customer service. Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate contacts per post orders.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production or office areas, parking lots, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions.
Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or badges as required, and directing visitors and contractors according to site procedures.
Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate status updates during shift turnovers.
