Job Description As a Security Officer Clearance Required Patrol Driver in Nashua, NH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location as an unarmed officer in a driving patrol role. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or potential hazards to the appropriate contacts.
  • Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, maintaining detailed activity logs, and assisting with security-related requests in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
